The content on this Site, including all descriptions of our services, is provided for informational purposes only. Nothing on this Site constitutes financial, accounting, legal, or professional advice. The Financial Dashboard Service is a reporting and analytical tool and is not a substitute for advice from a licensed financial advisor, CPA, or attorney. You should not rely on any dashboard output as the sole basis for financial or business decisions.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including text, design, graphics, and the Line Strategies name and logo, is the property of Line Strategies LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Dashboard templates, methodology, and delivery systems developed by Line Strategies are proprietary. Client-specific dashboard outputs produced under an engagement agreement are owned by the client upon full payment of applicable fees, unless otherwise specified in the engagement agreement.

Any financial data, business information, or other confidential information shared with Line Strategies in connection with our services will be treated as confidential and used solely for the purpose of delivering those services. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties except as required to perform the services, with your consent, or as required by law.

6. Accuracy of Information

Dashboard outputs produced by Line Strategies are based on data provided by the client or the client's firm. Line Strategies is not responsible for errors or inaccuracies in dashboard outputs that result from incomplete, incorrect, or untimely data provided by the client. We make reasonable efforts to flag anomalies and inconsistencies, but we do not independently verify source data.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Line Strategies LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or our services, including but not limited to business decisions made in reliance on dashboard outputs. Our total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms or in connection with our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Line Strategies in the three months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all content on it are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
