Do I need to change my bookkeeper?
No. We work with whoever is already handling your books. We coordinate with them directly to get the exports we need, so nothing changes on your end.
What does my bookkeeper need to do?
They share standard accounting exports at the close of each period. We will walk through exactly what is needed during onboarding, and for most bookkeepers it takes less than 15 minutes per period.
What if my books are not fully up to date?
We can work with what is available and will flag any gaps in the data directly in the dashboard. Clean books produce better dashboards, but they do not need to be perfect to get started.
How is cadence decided?
We set it together based on how your business runs. Most small businesses start with monthly dashboards. If you want more frequent visibility, weekly and daily cadences are available.
