What we build and
how it works

Line Strategies produces branded CFO dashboards for your small business clients, delivered under your firm's name. Here is what goes into each one and how we work together to get them out.

A complete financial picture.
Every period, without the work.

Each dashboard is a self-contained briefing. Your client opens it and immediately knows how their business performed, where they stand, and what deserves their attention. No interpretation required.

01

Performance

How the business performed this period. Revenue, margin, and profitability against the prior period, with plain-language context on what moved and why.

02

Position

Where the business stands right now. Cash on hand, runway, and outstanding receivables, so the owner always has a clear read on liquidity.

03

Forward look

What is coming in the next period. Each item is specific and dollar-anchored, so the owner finishes the briefing knowing not just what happened but what to prepare for.

Delivered on your timeline. Briefing frequency is set per client. Some businesses need a monthly snapshot. Others want to know where they stand every week or every day. We configure each client's dashboard to match the cadence that is actually useful for how they run their business.

Common questions

How does onboarding work for my firm?
We start with a 60-minute setup session to configure your firm's branding, client roster, and accounting software export settings. Most firms are delivering their first dashboard within two weeks of kickoff.
What does my client see?
Your firm's name, wordmark, and branding throughout. Line Strategies operates as the back-end partner. Your clients associate the deliverable with you.
What accounting software do you work with?
We work with most major accounting platforms. If you have clients across different software, let's talk during your consultation and we will confirm compatibility across your roster.
How is cadence determined?
We set cadence per client based on what makes sense for their business and your firm's workflow. Some clients get a monthly briefing, others more frequently. There is no one-size requirement.
How do pricing and structure work?
Partner pricing is standardized and structured in three parts: a one-time setup fee, a monthly platform retainer, and a per-client fee based on dashboard frequency. Specific figures are shared during your consultation.
